Cody has applied to trademark the name “Dusty Rhodes”. He filed documents with the US Patent and Trademark Office on March 14th. The same week, Cody applied to trademark the terms “the American Dream” and “the American Nightmare”.
A trademark for the term “4 Horsemen” has been filed for by a company named Toot Toot LLC located in Alabama. Arn Anderson has also filed for a trademark.
Cody recently commented on Dusty Rhodes’ time in ECW. The American Dream wrestled with the extreme promotion in the early parts of 2000.
the Over Budget Battle Royal will return at AEW’s Double or Nothing. Cody made the match announcement today on the latest episode of “The Road to Double or Nothing.”
