Fightful is reporting that Kevin Owens has told WWE he does not want to go to Saudi Arabia. This is what led to the return of Dolph Ziggler on Smackdown last night.

“Fightful Select was informed and reported that Owens had told WWE officials that he didn’t want to work WWE’s upcoming show in Saudi Arabia, titled Super Showdown.”
