1. MLW News and Notes

Major League Wrestling presents their 3rd live special tonight from Chicago. In the main event, Low-Ki will challenge the man who beat him for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship last month in Philadelphia, Tom Lawlor. This time, however, they will meet inside a steel cage.

The Hart Foundation has won over the fans in MLW, even if their tactics are still a little underhanded. The faction had an extremely successful time at Superfight last month, with Teddy Hart and Davey Boy Smith Jr. defeating the Lucha Bros to win the tag titles. Hart also successfully defended his middleweight championship against MJF, the only other champion in the title’s lineage.

In addition to that, Smith and Brian Pillman Jr. also defeated the team of Tommy Dreamer and the Sandman. This week, however, Hart and Smith will look to defend the tag titles against MJF and Richard Holiday.
