Liv Morgan Injury

WWE confirmed Liv Morgan suffered a concussion this week on Raw. There was some heat on Brie Bella from fans but not from those within the industry, many of whom posted positive messages regarding Brie online.

Morgan is now questionable for Super Show-Down.

Sean Waltman offered some comments on the match continuing after the injury, and Morgan herself trying to continue as well.

I saw a clip of that and to me it just looks like the last one caught her because she was registering the kicks when she would get kicked. It was just their timing, it got messed up, it looked like to me. And as she was coming back down from registering the kick she got kicked with the last one. It looked like just the last one is what knocked her out to me. S**t happens, and no one means to do that… I am not gonna fault anyone for not doing anything if wasn’t part of protocol. However, this might be a good learning experience to start training the referees on what to do

Alexa Bliss and Sasha Banks Still Off Shows

Both Bliss and Banks remain on the injured list at the moment. They have each been removed from the Mixed Match Challenge as well. WWE said Bliss was dealing with numbness in her arm last week. That may or may not be why she’s out, as they could be selling her tapping out to Ronda Rousey in her last match at Hell in a Cell. Regardless, they are both off shows at the moment.

Matt Hardy Pilot

Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that Matt Hardy is hoping to film a pilot for a potential WWE Network show at the Hardy Family compound in early October. Hardy has been teasing it on social media recently.

Lita Talks Potentially Wrestling Again After Evolution

Lita will take on Mickie James at Evolution next month. She spoke to Planeta Wrestling of possibly returning for more matches after the PPV.

“You go in with it being the idea of a one-time thing, but it’s very, very likely and potentially – the excitement of it or the crowd’s response of it could turn it into something more than a one-off. Like my life in general, I just take it all as it comes. So, we’ll see.”
